    Hi there please I need help I can't send messages on xbox live but I can recieve them it says i need to go on supportxbox.com/fix-messaging ive done that says i could be band but ive check my enforcement ban rating and it says I have a perfect rating and
    ive never been banned. Please help me enforcement team this has been like this for so many months i just wanna reply to my friends Can't send messages says I could have a ban? but Im not :( .

    I can't send messages!

    Since october I have not been able to send messages without reason. I get an error that says "Messages are not working on your account...", they tell me that I should check enforcement.xbox.com, but everything is ok. I have seen
    more people with this problem and no solution!     What's going on?

    i can't send messages

    ive tried sending a message today and a couple days ago and it just says message can't be sent. im not sure if its because i don't have gold or what. ive tried restarting my Xbox but it still doesn't work. ive tried using the app but it just doesnt work.
    what can i do to fix this

    If you do not have a communications ban, try removing your profile from the console and doing a hard restart. Hold the power until it turns of, unplug for a minute or so, plug back in and power up. Then re add your account to the console.

    Communication ban is lifted but I still can't talk to people

    Hello! Im having this problem at the moment and my two suspensions ended at 10 pm and it is about 3 30 right now. I had a comm ban and a xbl ban for two weeks. The enforcement site says they are past suspensions and everything. I can't send messages, comment
    on clips etc. I can however send messages on my Xbox 360, any new help would be appreciated!

    2 week console ban is over and I still can't play

    I have done all this and it's saying that I have no active bans. However I still can't send messages (multiplayer is working fine). I even can't send messages on the xbox app on my phone. Maybe they randomely extended my ban but
    I can't see it? I feel like this issue should not happen, especially considering the fact that my ban alone was a bit unnecessary. (But that's not why I'm here)
