    Can't Send Messages on Xbox One

    Hello everyone!

    For the past month or two, I haven't been able to send messages on my Xbox One or even via the app. Whenever I try to, it just displays an error message saying it failed to send it. Then it asks me to click on the error for more details and then it comes
    up with a web page giving suggestions on what to do. One is to see if my account has been suspended, but I'm pretty sure it hasn't been and that I'm in good standing.

    Was wondering if any of you guys maybe had a solution to this problem since it really sucks not being able to send messages. By the way, my account works in every other way - I can play online, join parties and can even receive and read messages but just
    can't send them.
