    Hey there, you will need to update your
    billing and security     info before you will be able to send messages. Once you have done this try again and let us know if you are still unable to do so.

    hey guys need help every time I try and send a message to any of my friends it says message not sent check account and try again I have checked everything and can’t find out why I can not reply to peoples messages or send anyone had this problem before and
    what have you done to fix it

    Have you tried to delete the app and redownload it? That may refresh it. You can also try to turn your phone off and then on and that may also refresh it.
