    Can't Send Messages on My Main Account on the Xbox one


    I am able to send messages on my Xbox one on another account i am also able to send them on smart glass and the xbox website on my main account. Everything else is working fine. i get an error message to go to a website that is supposed to help but when
    i put it in the address bar it says on the xbox website it has been moved somewhere else. i just want to send messages on my main account again. I am also a preview program member.

    I can't send messages on any account. It says '' because of your past behavior, you can't send messages'' on every account on my xbox one. Help!

    no phone, no features?

    i can't send messages on my xbox account without a number. that's my main problem. maybe i could use one of my skype fren's numbers, since that works? i don't know. thanks for helping me think outside the box!

    Can you please clarify what the error message you're getting says? Also, have you received any communication for Enforcement action made on your account? If you recently received a suspension, you can check out Enforcement.Xbox.com for details on that.

    Can you click on your account here on the Xbox website in the upper right corner, and go to your Messages? Are you able to send messages there?

    Do you get an error message when sending messages from your Xbox One? What exactly prevents you from sending messages on your Xbox One?
    I can't send messages on here as it says it's due to my past behavior. Same with my Xbox one and app. I can send them on my 360 but they don't go through. If I play a 360 game on my one the option to message is greyed out.

    I'm still unable to send messages to anyone, I created an alt account with the same settings as my main and its able to send messages perfectly.
