Can't send messages,not suspended.

I'm unable to send messages to anyone,multiple close friends have confirmed they are not receiving my messages anymore.

I called Xbox support 4 times and went over every step possible to troubleshoot this and no one can figure this out.

The only thing they can confirm is I am not suspended or that I don't have a communications ban.

I was told to post here for help so it can be investigated

All I want is my messaging to work again

MyXbox one won't allow me to send messages. In February I Was suspended for 24 hours and through out the months I was able to send messages and. Now in demember I can't send messages and I haven't been suspended since the first incident.

I also had someone who claimed to be a Xbox live Ambassador tell me I was to be banned for being disruptive and reported me with a "special program"

He then went on to verbally abuse me and use extreme profanity.

He also stated how he served in Iraq and killed many Muslims,that is one deeply disturbed Ambassador huh.

Why I am posting this is my messaging suspiciously stopped working some time after that terrible incident and I wonder if it related.

Hi there NinetyMIKE.

To clarify, did you speak with this Ambassador via the Ambassador Chat or was this someone on Xbox Live you played with? If you head over to Enforcement.Xbox.com do you see any current suspensions or a low reputation associated with your account?

This supposed Ambassador was some disturbed person I had the misfortune of playing with

And yes I already stated there are no current suspensions,also my reputation is good.

Thanks for clarifying. We remove the service number because this a public forum and anyone is able to see what you post. Is it possible that these friends have blocked you in the past? Are you able to receive messages from them?

No one has blocked me

I have no suspensions

All of this has been confirmed multiple times

Every single step was taken to try to troubleshoot this.

Does anyone have any suggestions other than that my close personal friends blocked me or that I have a ban?

Please someone help

Here is a link detailing out about Communication Suspensions.

It says you will be notified by email, and by message when you connect to your profile again.

Also states that the suspension will be lifted at approx the same time frame that you were suspended. (Example: Suspended at 8am, you would then become un-suspended at 8am on a future date)

I believe communication suspensions time frames depend on the severity and on how many times you have received a suspension. Seeing as your original message shows enforcement on 8/10/14 & 4/6/16. It could be a week.

Dont quote me on this, but I believe the scheduling for suspensions was.

-First TIme Offense: 1 Day.

-Second Time Offense: 1 Week.

-Third Time Offense: 1 Month / Ban

It also states that Xbox Live Support will be unable to remove the suspension until its lifted date.

4. I can apply for a Case Review, after the Terms of Use it just sends me back to the home page.

This whole system is crap. A simple Date when the ban is lifted at any source. They even sent me a Mail on my XBox Account to tell me to check my EMails.. WHY NOT JUST PUT A DATE IN THERE??????

No one in the forums has that information. It should be in the e-mail that was sent to you or on the enforcement site. It may be just a 24 hour ban since you are not able to apply for a review, but that is just a guess since they don't provide reviews
on 24 hour bans. Good Luck!
