Can't send messages for the past 3 months, need help. SR 1368754626

I have contacted Xbox support twice about this issue and been assured that it would be taken care of within a week both times. Meanwhile, this issue has been ongoing for 3 months now.

I cannot send messages. When I try to, it says "you cannot send messages because of past behavior." This happens both on xbox and on xbox.com. However, according to my enforcement history, I have a perfect enforcement record. I have tried many troubleshooting
steps, including clearing my MAC, ensuring open NAT, and deleting and recreating my profile. None have worked. This is frustrating because I have been told that the issue would be dealt with, and there has been no follow-up. I use messaging often, and the
feature is important to me. There is clearly some kind of bug in the system, where it thinks that I am banned, even though I am not. I would greatly appreciate if this could be resolved quickly.

Need help can't send messages !!

for some reason I can't send messages over Xbox live . I can play on line and join parties but I can't send anything out . Every time I click on the link I follow the directions nothing seems to happen ! Please help

What's the specific error you're seeing? Is there an error code along with you can post back? Be sure to try every step on our

Can't send messages page to attempt to resolve, including verifying your phone number.

Sorry to hear about the messaging trouble you're experiencing. Certainly shouldn't be going on for this long. If you attempt to send a message here on Xbox.com do you receive a similar error message or does it go through? What happens if you try to send a message
through the Xbox app? Let us know if there's any change.
