Can't send messages even after suspension is over

So my communications supension was lifted a couple days back and I still can't seem to send messages or post on people's activity feeds. I've reset the console several times and messed around with my settings but still nothing. Any ideas?

Can't send messages even though my account suspension has expired

 

Suspension is over still can't communicate or send messages

My my suspension is over and the three accounts that I have on my Xbox still can't communicate and parties or send messages we can start parties but I can't communicate with friends and party I can hear them but they can't hear me and my mic does not light
up when talking. When starting a party it tells me that my privacy settings preventing chat with some people go to privacy settings. when I do that everything is in order. Please help as in communication in online games is a must.

enforcement.xbox.com/.../ShowEnforcements and see what your current enforcement status is. Hopefully there should be some details there as to whether you are or aren't on a suspension at the moment.

 

I've already checked this site before and I have no current suspension. According to the email I recieved my suspension was supposed to be over on 8/19 although my privileges still seem to be revoked.
