Can't send messages (Check your account)

Over the past two-three months I haven't been able to send text messages, but can receive text messages over Xbox Live. I'm now somewhat tired of the feature not working so I've come to ask for help after Googling solutions and not finding one.

Any time I try to send a message, on the Xbox PC app, on my Xbox one or on my phone (not connected to wifi), I get an error saying I can't send messages and doing the whole "verify your account" recommendation hasn't fixed the problem.

I've had three different modems/routers over the past three months and have used my phone off wifi to check if it is something on my end blocking messages from going out. Doesn't appear to be whatsoever.

I do not have any enforcement bans EVER, just checked my record on the Xbox enforcement site.

So, anyone with any bright ideas why I globally, across three different devices (one not on my internet at home at all), cannot send text messages over Xbox Live?

I have this issue in this website, appears "Because of your past behavior, you can't send messages" and when i try the first time to send a message in the Xbox app apears "Check your account, the messagers are not working, and send my to support.xbox.com/fix-messaging".

 

I’m surprised microsoft hasn’t fixed this issue yet. I have the same problem. This has been an issue for years now
