    Can't send messages but yet I'm clean from any kind of trouble


    I can't send any messages but yet I can get messages. So, what do I do I've already done the number of things said on the help screen. But yet I'm still stuck without being able to send any messages.. so how come I can't send?

    I can't send messages, but can receive them. I've never been banned, and have a good rep. Also, I've taken the support steps. Please help!

    Thanks for reaching out to us today. Sorry to hear about the trouble sending messages that are typed out. Do you get any error messages? If so, what kind of error do you get when trying to send a message? Have you been able to send messages before?
    Have you tried sending messages through our website or the Xbox App? Also, have you checked out the article "Why can't I send messages from
    my Xbox One or the Xbox app?"
