Can´t send messages - But perfect enforcement score ! How is that even possible ???!!!???

Hi there,

i can´t send messages through live to my friends. Neither on xbox app, xbox console and webpage !

I get message: Because of previous behaviour... (translated from german, don´t know exact wording for english message).

But i checked my status on enforcement website and it says i have perfect score and reputation, that is no wonder because i usually do not play often on multiplayer and/or send messages regularly and i keep everything civilized.

I didn´t even get a message that something has been reported and i got banned or whatever !

Months ago i contacted support and they told me that this was a bug with last update and it should be fixed in next update. So next update is here and i installed but i still have this problem. I am so mad right now. How can it be that i become such a message
and have a perfect score ? And i know i never disbehaved on live, simply because i do not use it often and if i use, then only with friends and not with strangers...

And it is not possible to contact enforcement team without any open case which i do not have !

To top everything, help webpages suggest to post a thread on enforcement forums but there ist NO enforcement forum !

Really nice microsoft, really nice.

So if someone official can guide me how to get this problem solved, would be very great.

I can't get any achievements and I've lost my old ones I need help I've called Microsoft and have talked to 6 different representatives can't find a resolution please I really need a resolution my account giggle giggle69.

It even says I have a perfect record on the enforcement site so I don't see how my gamer score is reset. So how can I tell if my gamerscore is rest and how do you submit a case review

 

Can't send messages, perfect record, what do I do?

I have a perfect record (according to Microsoft enforcement) and still I can't send messages. Did I get banned? Is there any possible way for me to recover the right to message my friends? Please help!

so after a chat with support, problem now is solved and i wanted to inform here, so everyone can solve this problem for his own too:

Problem was with security infos on live account. According to chat there was a bug which causes the problem and shows the totally unrelated message with "behaviour".

I had to put a phone number in my security infos, and then the supporter "updated" something on my account. After that i just needed to log off on every device andf log on again to be able to send messages again.
