    i can chat in-game and party but can't send messages and this account is new.

    New Silver Account can't send messages?

    Hi Everyone.

    Yeah so I activated a new Silver account earlier today buut when I try to send a message to people (even friends) it says that it hasn't sent, then tells me to check my rep? Is a Silver account allowed to send messages, as it allows me to chat in a party,
    do they have to be friends with me to be able to send messages perhaps. If anyone can shed a light that would be great.
