Can't send messages after suspension has ended

My communication ban ended on the July 10,2017. But I still can't send messages, I contacted support and spoke to somebody and they said that my suspension in their system ends on Oct 6,2017, but on my enforcement history it says all my suspension are finished
and I have none currently on my account. The guy from support said I needed to reply to the email I originally received and that enforcement were monitoring for replys as this Is a known issue, but that email is one that has "DO NOT REPLY" at the top so even
when I reply I get a message back saying it's not sent. And I have no way to contact enforcement to as about this as I can't even launch a case review. Any help would be appreciated.

Can't send messages

I had a communication and multiplayer suspension recently which was like 2 weeks long. now it's been a week since the suspension has ended, and everything works fine except messaging and party chat. it still says because of bad behavior I can't send messages
go do something else, but my suspension has been over for a week

 

No longer suspended but I can't send messages?

I can't play online, send messages, or go into a party. The suspension ended today at around 4:56-4:57 pm Pacific Time so I don't understand

 

Yeah i soon as i heard the same stupid suspension notice from xbox support chat i put my console up for sale so i can go to PCmasterRace i am done with this pathetic service. LMAO RIP Console Rules

 

I am having the same exact issue. I can't send or respond to messages and who knows what else, since I haven't tested party chat either. I had a suspension for Voice Communication on ‎7‎/‎27‎/‎2017‎ for "Communication" and another
Xbox Live Multiplayer suspension on ‎7‎/‎28‎/‎2017‎ for "Harassment Abuse and Threats". My Voice Communication lasted until August 4, 2017.. whereas with my Xbox Live Multiplayer suspension, this lasted until August 11, 2017. Both have passed as you
can see and I know both end dates because I had checked multiple times on my enforcement history during my suspension. Currently as I look at my enforcement history, it does not show the end dates for some reason anymore. It has now been TWO weeks and I can
not send or respond to messages. I'm starting to think there's an unjust ulterior motive going on with xbox enforcement. I am also losing faith in Xbox and Microsoft and I have been loyal since the original Xbox.

 

try hard resetting the console by holding the power button in for 10 seconds. Then, reboot the console.

Also, if that does not work, try removing the account from the console then adding it back again.
