Can't send message or play live

Hi my gamertag is Dah Bedmasta i've an xbox one, I can't send message or play live anymore. I Just call 1-800-4my-xbox and the guy told me there's no suspension active on my account. Someone can help me ?

I can't send or receive messages on xb1 or smartglass but can on my 360 tried everything from hard resetting to resetting whole console but still nothing find it very frustrating as I use messages a lot for Fifa pro clubs etc

I've been getting the same error message for days and cannot find this addressed in any support thread except this one.

Any "official" out there can tell me what's going on?

 

Hi Dah Bedmasta, you can try basic t/s steps like uninstalling and reinstalling your profile as well as clearing your MAC address on your xbox one, you can do this by going to settings > network settings > advanced settings > alternate MAC address > clear,
if all basic t/s does not work they may need to troubleshoot your xbox live gold subscription or even cancel and try to re issue you the gold, but you'd have to contact 1-800-4MY-XBOX for that.

 

You are showing as Gold here so you are probably good there. Try logging out of your profile and then log back in. Let us know if that works for you. Good Luck!
