Can't send message on secondary account

I have a main account wich work perfectly but i also have a secondary account i use to test games (to make sure i don't get games i don't like on my tag, or when friends come here) and i have an issue with it. It used to work fine but couple weeks ago when
Overwatch was free to try i wanted to try it on said account. I was unable. I don't know why, but it said to get live gold, wich i have on my main. Maybe free trials are account specific to the people with Gold, but in any case i was able to acces and play
online all the games on my main with secondary, but not try Overwatch. Fine... disapointing a bit but thats not the issue.

The issue was i realize i couldn't send message anymore (party chat worked fine tough). I contacted the support chat and after having me do 299 "test and potential solution" the second person came to me saying it was actually an issue on there part wich
affect just a certain number of account. Nothing i could do on my side. Just wait and they would fix it. Turns out this was many weeks ago and it has not fixed itself.

I would like to know if anybody knows more about it. I did tough of erasing the account and redownloading it but currently i don't have the password. I know i have it somewhere saved in a file, but i need to clean up my computer. Same goes for the bogus
mail i used for it. I don't want to make yet another account as i have a character for neverwinter on this one, and i use it from time to time. Also i lost an account on 360 that i had 3000 Gears of War Kills (it was still a secondary but kinda sucks loosing
it) and for this one i doubt i have any way of finding the password for it...

Can't Send Messages On Secondary Account

So Idk If Is This Is The Place I Should Post This And Get Help But Microsoft Isn't Helping Any. I Just Made A Secondary Account Today Running Off The Same Gold As My Primary Account And For Some Odd Reason Whenever I Try To Send A Message To Someone Trying
To Let Them Know That It Is A Secondary Account It Just Gives Me An Error Saying Go Verify My Security Info With A Phone Number, Which Need I Say I've Done Several Times. Still Did Not Work. As Far As I Know Running A Secondary Or Multiple Account Off 1 Xbox
Gold Membership Should'nt Prevent Me From Messaging. If Anyone Knows A Fix, Please Help. Thanks.
