Cant send massages

Discus and support Cant send massages in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Since a longer time I cant send massages. I did the things from the Support-page but cant send massages either.     I cant send masseges why...? I've bought this xb1 one month ago everthing is working excpt masseges

    i cant send massages .. eveything is working find except messaging .. ive bought a used xb one month ago and the device is not banned or something

    Why not fixing the bug with the massages that a lof of players are experiencing

    My goal is to avios form the tittel, please just fix the massage bug that a lot of people is experiencing. It just says "failed to send massage" every time they try to send a massage.

    Cant send massages

    First be sure you do not have a communications suspension over at enforcement.xbox.com

    Then try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, then re-adding the account.

    Then give this troubleshooting page a try Why Can’t I Send Messages from Xbox One or Xbox App?
