    I downloaded and installed the app on my windows 10 pc, I go to my xbox 1 and cant finmd the app in to install list??

    Have you gone to that url to see what's going on?

    Are you able to send messages from the xbox.com webpage?

    Have you gone to that url to see what's going on?

    Are you able to send messages from the xbox.com webpage?

    Cant send massages

    First be sure you do not have a communications suspension over at enforcement.xbox.com

    Then try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, then re-adding the account.

    All Xbox Apps are up to date in the store.

    live chat on xbox.com, on the console, or on the Windows 10 app? It is still on the Windows 10 app, but generally you can't send live chats unless you are on the phone and Windows 10 apps or in the Clubs on the console.
