Can't send anymore messages

Hello,

first i want to excuse for my not perfect english ...

I have a problem since today, 8:45 am (my time, Germany) I can't send messages anymore, to nobody and i dont understand why. Xbox telling me, it not working at the moment, i should try it later again. Now its almost 12 hours later and it still not working
again. I dont understand why and i need help, please help me somebody! :/

i just wanna now if someone was banned from messages and how long?i have a month already so...

It took me quite a while to find anything on here related to this topic.

I've been getting the same error message for days and cannot find this addressed in any support thread except this one.

Any "official" out there can tell me what's going on?

 

Where have you tried sending messages? Could you try the Xbox App/Smartglass and/or Xbox.com and see if you see anything different?

If they all work fine and it's just on console you cannot send messages, go ahead and power cycle (support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console) your console to see if that
clears up the error.

I tried to send messages on Xbox 360 console and on the Xbox.com, both not works. I tried now too Smartglass and im not sure if it working, i am getting no responds, no message of xbox if it was possible to send the messages or not and i am getting no responds
of my friends too, so i am thinking it still not working. I'm desperate! :/

 

Is it happening with all friends or only some? If it's only a specific individual, it could be their privacy settings not allowing messages; if it's everyone, then it's unlikely to be that.

If you're unsure about Smartglass (and to make sure it's not provacy setting-related), you can try sending me a message and I'll let you know if it worked. (If you do this, post here to say you've sent it so that I know to look for it.)

Otherwise, (and I doubt it's this but it's worth checking) go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com and hit Sign In and see if there are any messages about having communication suspensions or similar. If there are, this would be the reason why, but if not we'll keep trying other things.
