Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Is this issue occurring on an Xbox One or Xbox 360? Are you able to party chat with other players? Does the console randomly disconnect from other players when playing a multiplayer game? Is there an error
message that appears when attempting to send a message? If this error occurs on an Xbox One, what is the NAT type of the console? We will provide steps below on how to locate the NAT type. Be sure to let us know the results!

1. Press the Xbox button on the controller
2. Select Settings.
3. Select Network.
4. select Network Settings

On the Network settings screen, in the center column under
Current Network Status, the NAT Type field displays your current NAT type. The NAT type will appear as Open, Moderate, Strict or Unavailable.

if i get too the link from what come in the screen i dont fix the problem with it

but i dont i hope you know how too fix that

 

my nat type is now open i can see it on the screen from my tv screen but must i be open?

We understand that there is an issue with being able to send messages.

It seems as though the error involves the account status, try checking our
Account Reputation page on the Enforcement website.

If this does not assist, a suggestion would be to try a Factory Reset:

Reset and keep my games & apps. You should use this option as your primary choice when troubleshooting. It will reset the OS and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or
apps. This will save you from downloading or reinstalling the large game files. In some cases, if a corrupt game file is causing the issue you're troubleshooting, you may have to choose
Reset and remove everything, but you should always start with
Reset and keep my games & apps and save Reset and remove everything as a last resort.

When choosing this option, remember that this will:

• Remove profiles, so it is best to remember passwords
• Will have you connect to the network again, so have back ups if needed

Try these out and let us know how it goes!
