Can't select payment method for device replacement

Hello,

After some time using my Xbox Elite Controller Series 2, it has developed a slew of problems including joystick drift in both sticks and an unresponsive right bumper. I enjoyed the product while it worked but would now like a replacement. I have tried filling out the device service and I am told that they will send me a replacement controller for $79 (which I am willing to pay). However, when I get to the final "Payment and Review" screen, I can't select a method of payment. I have copied a picture of the problem below:

I've tried adjusting the zoom to see if the buttons are just off screen, but they are not. I've also used different browsers and the problem persists. A payment button does not appear anywhere along the scroll wheel either.

Please let me know how to address this issue and thank you in advance.

Sorry to hear about that, however, I would suggest adding your payment method manually by logging in to your account at account.microsoft.com/payments. If it still doesn't appear, you can try using a different device to access the website to place your replacement. Also, make sure pop-ups and scripts are allowed on the browser.

Have you option to select the payment method or you see the methods but can't select one of it?

You can't remove a bad payment method before having a replacement payment method already in place. If you want to completely remove the payment method from the account and it's already suspended then you'd need to contact phone support and they should be
able to remove it for you.
