Can't select my Diablo 3 characters at all

    Can't select my Diablo 3 characters at all


    I was playing Diablo 3 yesterday then all the sudden I join someone's game took a break then my compared character select screen is there but it's not there like I can't select them but they're still there but I can't select them I can someone help me Reedley
    hatefully lose like 3 years of Diablo 3

    Diablo 3 confirmed for XB1 release

    can't say i'm all that excited about it. Diablo was great. .. Diablo 2 was cool .. haven't played 3 at all .. the excitement just isn't there.

    I logged in today to discover my high level Monk is not on the character select screen. My other characters are there, and under the "My Profile" tab on the main menu, it shows my highest level characters and shows a lvl 46 Monk. I just can't find him. The
    character select screen is showing my 5 lower level characters. It also says I have room for 5 more characters on my account. Which tells me that all existing characters are being displayed. I just played yesterday, and when I turned off my XBOX, he was there.
    I am finding extremely limited support for this issue. Blizzard redirects me to Microsoft, Microsoft has no Diablo 3 support. Any help on this issue that doesn't include "have you tried turning it off and on again" would be greatly appreciated.

    I have a feeling that when "Diablo 3: The Ultimate Evil Edition" comes out for the Xbox 360 it is going to take ALL of your characters instead of asking you which character you wish to import over from Diablo 3 Classic (original Diablo 3 without ROS). It
    is a shame if you can't keep your Diablo 3 Classic save game data because you chose to import them into Diablo 3: The Ultimate Evil Edition. I am hoping that it is going to be similar to the way the Mass Effect handled the importation (where the previous
    game save data remains intact while the game copies the data into the sequel) because what would happend if you don't want the changes that ROS makes to your character's skills and you want to go back?

    Diablo 3: Reapers of Souls and Diablo 3 problem

    Sorry, but these are two DIFFERENT games!



    Just as you need to import your characters into Reaper, you can't play those same characters in the normal game.



    So, in order to play with your friend who has the normal game, you will need to use your Diablo 3 save.



    In other words, you can't interchange the characters. The same game needs to be played on both consoles.



    Therefore, if you want to play, with your friend, you will need to use the old Diablo 3 save before the import.



    And if your curious, no, you cannot import Reaper saves into Diablo 3. Sorry ...

    I don't have Diablo 3 personally but it should be in the options somewhere... if not look in the storage area under Diablo 3 and see if there's a file that reads as "settings" but without a character name. If you see the character saves listed separately
    and a "settings" type of file then it should--again I can't guarantee--revert the game to default while retaining your characters... more than likely though there is a setting somewhere under "Options."
