Can't seem to sign in my kids

I've tried fully shutting down and powering down and resetting the quick start and energy saving modes. I can log in my own account no problem, but both my kids accounts on it (which are Family linked accounts without xbox live) won't log in at all. They
just hang showing me a spinning green circle forever. Any other ideas?

I can't seem to get this to work. I sign in on the xbox, sign in on the app and it can't find my xbox

Is my son's account also gold?

We have a gold family membership. We just got a second xbox in the kids' room so they can watch netflix in there, but, I can't seem to sign into netflix using his account as the primary. Is there any way to fix this?

same thing here. can sign in main profile. The Second profile got the loading spinning wheel and waited for 4-5 minutes. I did it twice. Then just did a hard reset. Now I can sign in the second profile. Tried to sign in I a third profile and again had
the loading spinning wheel. Did same exact thing-hard reset. But it didn't work. Tried the hard reset 7-8 times and still cannot sign in on third profile.

Wow, I didn't realise this had actually posted, since I only ever got an error message when I tried telling me I'd failed to post. In any case on-line Microsoft chat support in the shape of Giovanna worked out that an error had caused my kids to be dropped
from my Family. She added them back on and it all works fine now

Thanks guys.

Summary

Set Kid A Xbox as Home and sign in as me. Then sign Kid A in.

Get Kid B his own Gold subscription

Sign in as me on my console, then Kid A can share my subscription even though I've signed out of Kid A's console.

Think thats right!

I know my personal information and can log into my personal account. I set up all of my kids accounts, but i actually used my same information to create all of their id's. now when my kids want to play and use their identities, they can't seem to log in.
i will try calling support.
