Can’t seem to play anything online, and being told to renew my already renewed subscription

having some problems as of late, so for the past few days i havent been able to join partys, play game pass games, or digitally downloaded games ive spent money on, and every single time

i get a pop up notification telling me to 1. Sign in with the account the bought the game,

(i only have the 1 account on my xbox so what the hell?)

2. It directs me to a page at whitch it forces me to re-purchase Live/ultimate game pass,

ive even tried removin my payment method off my xbox but i cant seem to do that either

can anyone help? Or point me in the right direction?

Cant seem to get a straight answer from microsoft.

maybe someone is going throught this issue as well.

Either way its been 3 days with out being able to access features of xboxlive/gamepass

everything else is fine in terms of seeing my friends sign on and stuff.

looking for an answer!!

Will that make any difference if the problem is the account failing to acknowledge the subscription payment? Because that seems to be the problem everyone is having.

When you log into account.microsoft.com and go to services and subscriptions do you see your XBL listed there with an expiration date? Have you tried to removed the account from the console, do a power cycle and then re add the account?

Im having the same issue. Money has been denied dom my about for xbox ultimate and none of my games are working.

You'll need to turn the auto renewal off before it updates the subscription. You can do that under My Account here online or by calling support.

If it has already renewed, contact support to cancel. Despite the no refunds policy, in practice if its been less than 30 days, they'll cancel and refund anything except a one month subscription.

I was late with my subscription. When I wanted to renew it, I can not redeem the code. Not I can resubscribe to something else. I can’t not do anything
