Can't seem to get the discount :/

Hey Guys,

Here's my problem, I bought an Xbox One and want to get Minecraft, but dont want to pay the full price AGAIN like i did on the 360.

For some reason, the discount just will not show up. The forums have told me that the game needs to have been played on an account with gold membership then 24-48 hours after that, the discount should appear, now hears the dilema, i dont have a 360 anymore,
and the last time i played minecraft online was August last year.

Does this mean that i have to find someone with minecraft on their xbox one, then play it on my account so that the discount will possibly appear, or will that not make a difference.

You would think that the store would be able to see that oi have been online with the game seeing as how it lets me see the last time i was online with the game and the achievements...

I bought all the maps for black ops and they don't work.

So I can't even get a discount?

If you have already tried the game pass membership you can't get it at a discount

 

Mmm, not sure but have you tried to download your profile onto a friend's 360 and play the game? Otherwise you may have to do it the hard way and start contacting Microsoft.

 

I know some people have had issues with the discount showing if they didn't buy the game digitally and played it off a disc. If worse comes to worse, you can always contact Xbox Support and explain the situation. I'm sure they've resolved this issue more
than a few times already.
