    Can't seem to get any help!!


    I tried earlier today to download Call of duty: Black Ops on my xbox one. Now before you say the deal ended on the 23rd let me tell you that it was still on the website and xbox one dashboard around 12pm eastern time on the 24th. I contacted support and
    they said I had to purchase the game on an xbox 360 if I wanted to use the currency that is already linked to my account. There is only one problem and that is that I don't have a 360 anymore. So I tried to have a friend download my account and make the
    purchase for me..WRONG!! Because he is out of state it gave him an error code for security reasons. I re contacted xbox support and they reset my account to allow for him to recover my account on his xbox. That happened about 4 times to no avail. So then
    I decide to recontact xbox support again and the guy then decides to tell me that the sale is no longer going on and there is nothing he can do for me. I just sat in a chat or on the phone with someone from xbox support for 5 hours today just for them to
    tell me the sale was still in the cache of my xbox and it hadn't reset so therefore thats why the sale was still showing for me. How dumb is that?? It is not my fault that a sale was still showing and then they won't even let me make the purchase I waste
    5 hours talking to people just to find out its overs apparently and then the lady calls me back again after she done some "research" about 5 hours after that and wastes another 15 minutes of my life telling me there is nothing she can do. Just blows my mind
    how a billion dollar company can't fix issues like this. Then blame it on the potential customer.

    Can't buy coins in Bingo

    I can't seem to buy coins. I get a error code. I was able to buy something in the windows store. So it seems to be with the game or xbox. Any help would be great.

    Well two things first what you did was a violation of the terms of use

    You aren't allowed to lend your account out

    And to reset security proofs takes 30days and no one but you can remove those proofs

    You could've just answered the security proofs for him

    And no they cannot reinstate a sale once it is over

    You and only you can access your account

    And yes the sale ended last week

    You redownload your marketplace data or your profile if there is any latency in receiving updated infoi never have an issue with updated info

    And xbox support has nothijg to do with sales they only handle refund and billing and access issues that's not their job to check the sale for you

    Not marketplace prices nor can they see them in the system

    They would have to use the website separately

    The agent was correct the only way to use currency is an xbox 360 for xbox 360 gsmes

    PC drivers for XB1 controllers rolling out today

    Is anyone having trouble getting this to work? I download the driver and plug in and it says that it is an unrecognized device. I can't seem to get it to work. Any help would be much appreciated.
