Cant Seem to connect to my Xbox live Profile

I try to get onto my fifa 16 game so to play the game i need to sign into my online account. So i go to sign into my xbox account after i type the password it goes back to the screen where i can choose which profile i want, then i click onto my account again
and it shows loading then a message comes up saying - Give it a try again, If this happens again, Let us know by entering 0x80070102 why cant i seem to log onto my account to play on my profile.

i tried downloading my profile and it is saying about

trouble shooting, i cant connect. says cant connect to xbox live cant makenew profile either

 

Have you tried to hard power your xbox off.

Are you still having issues? If you uninstall your profile from your console, unplug your power supply for 3 minutes then go ahead and reconnect your power cable and install your profile again.

If this goes not work it is recommend to do a factory reset and start from the beginning.
