Can't see Xbox Live Gold offerings on my Xbox 360

When I just got my Xbox 360 about two years ago and up until a few months ago, whenever I started up my Xbox 360 and it automatically logged into my account, it would have a page showing all the offerings available in Live Gold, whether it is discounted
or free titles.

However, that has completely disappeared and despite not cancelling or disrupting my monthly payment for Gold subscription, I now have no access to the Live Gold pages on my Xbox 360 that I had before - there is literally nothing not even when going to the
Games pages. I now have to go to my PC every month and Google what the offerings for that month is or log into my Xbox Live account on PC and navigate to the Xbox Live page, which is more cumbersome.

Is there any way to get the Xbox Live Gold pages back on my Xbox 360, so that I can see what's on offer whenever I start the thing up?

You should still own it since you bought the 360 version and there giving away the xbox one version to people who had already bought it on 360

So if your xbox live runs out you should still be able tot play it, also its not one of the free games with xbox live gold, so it shouldn't matter if your subs runs out. there only offering free copies to people who own the xbox 360 and have xbox live gold on xbox one, other wise everyone who owned an xbox one & a copy of Castle Crashers on xbox 360 would be getting it free on xbox one

Plus I think its a timed exclusive offer to being free on xbox one for those that already own the xbox 360 version, once the offer is up you have to pay for it even if you already own it on xbox 360

I can't play last month XBOX 360 games for a live gold.

I'm a XBOX ONE user.

I installed XBOX 360 free games last & beginning of this month for a live gold.

I have re-subscribed a live gold today.

But, I can't find my last XBOX 360 games in my game list, and even though can't play an installed games.

How I can find last XBOX 360 games for a live gold?

Other XBOX ONE games for live gold are can be played normally.

Hi Mistress Sara, i honestly can't remember doing anthing like that and even if i did do that by mistake, i have no idea where to even look to remedy it. Are you talking about a setting on my Xbox itself or on the website?

Sorry for the delayed response. On the Xbox check your settings here:

Setting > Privacy > Privacy & Online settings > Change Settings

Check if you are set to Adult, Teen, Child or custom. If it's set to custom, under customize check under Content > Filter - set to Standard, and Explicit Content (Honestly not sure if this needs to be set to allowed or not), and under Contact Preferences
> Xbox Marketing - check that it's set to Opt-in.

I have this same problem on my son's account. I checked all the settings to make sure they hadn't been changed which they hadn't. Then I set them to allow anything and it still won't list any of the gold content. I tried searching for the free game, found
it and started downloading it and then it quit and never finished.

Thanks MS, i have tried everything you suggested, but there's still no sign of Live Gold free offerings or any other specials on my Xbox 360. I still have to go to the internet on my PC to see what's on offer. I also noticed that the demo pages don't give
me the option to download, but only only show "Rate It" and something else. It's like my account has been downgraded to the lowest, simplest form of Xbox access. In fact not even, because my daughter doesn't have a Live Gold subscription and on her login,
she gets all the nag screens for Gold subscription!?

I don't think that's the problem. My region is correct and I've donwloaded in the xbox live gold last month. I can't download the xbox 360 game offered this month.

Hey there. Sorry you misunderstood the offer, but the terms of the offer are on display. On the Games with Gold page (www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold) at the bottom, it reads
as this:

"Games with Gold offer for paid Gold members only; active Gold membership required to play downloaded Xbox One games."

Xbox 360 games downloaded through Games with Gold are yours to keep. Should you re-subscribe to Xbox Live, your Games with Gold on the Xbox One will become available to play again.

Did I miss a change affecting the GwG program on the 360, such that an active XBL Gold membership must be maintained to access the games you've downloaded on the Xbox 360?

I understand that an active XBL Gold subscription is required for access to the
Xbox One GwG games after you've claimed them, but I'm not findng reference to that type of change to the 360 GwG program.

I copied the footnote explaining the Games with Gold program from the existing webpage:

Where did you see this?

There's a Games with Gold promotion, but currently the games being offered for free to Gold subscribers are SSX (Xbox 360) and Worms: Battlegrounds (Xbox One).
