cant see warhammer 40,000: Battlesector - Blood Angels Elites

so I am having issues with pc game pass even though i bought the dlc for battlesector and says i own it still wont show me the units in game I did uninstall and reinstall it and that still did not fix the issue

Thank you for contacting the Xbox Support forums. Typically, we are unable to assist with in-game related errors... however, a fix that has been suggested for some users can be found below:

Step One: Open the Microsoft Store app on your PC

Step Two: Once the app is open, hold down the Windows Key+R and a small window should pop up

Step Three: In the text field, type "wsreset.exe" then enter. The field should close automatically

Step Four: Once complete, restart your device and reboot the game

Hmm, don't see it being confirmed for Xbox One there. There's an actual Warhammer 40K game already confirmed though called Warhammer 40,000: Eternal Crusade.

Thanks for telling me. However this isn't only game I had this problem with. I also had the same error with Among Us, Townscaper and Warhammer 3.

I did the things you said multiple times including uninstalling the xbox app.
