Can't see purchased games on homed Xbox.

Hi, Im having an issue with purchased games with my Xbox one. I own two Xbox ones. One is obviously homed and the other Xbox isn't. But the issue is I can only see my purchased and owned games on the console not homed. When I check ready to install
on my homed Xbox a game I had purchased such Dragon age Inquisition doesn't appear there and if I were to to go to the store I would have to purchase the game again. Before it would simply queued for both consoles when I purchased a game. Is there a way to
resolve this issue.

Home Xbox issues

Wasn't sure where to post this here goes,

My brother and I were homing each others Xboxs so that he could get the games I bought and I could get the games he bought, I homed his first, he went to home mine and then accidentally homed his own, I tried homing his back and it came up saying "Can't
home this xbox" Make this your home xbox to share games and gold etc" He has homed it twice before, being once before with me back in October 2016 and then sometime later letting our cousin home it temporarily, because I got the final home recently I don't
understand how it re homed it for a 4th time? Is it possible to switch his home back to mine? Tried resetting my xbox to no avail and he has unhomed his xbox so his home is no longer his console and our cousin no longer has access to the account

XBOX One / Home / Accounts / DLC Sharing (Batman Arkham Knight)

So... If I buy the DLC on XBOX-A ... will all accounts on XBOX-B be able to use the DLC as (B) is homed to (A)??

Hi Moxxis Playtoy,

By any chance, is the other console registered under the preview program? Did you purchase the games while on the latest preview build? Do you already have the new dashboard on your homed Xbox One?

If your answer is Yes-Yes-No, you may need to wait until the update rolls out on your homed Xbox so you can share your games purchased from the console under the preview program.

You may want to sign in using your account which has the purchases here on xbox.com and go to "My Xbox" tab > My Games > Look for the game license. If you don't see them there go to
Sign in to your Microsoft account, you should see your purchases from here. Then contact our friends from the chat or phone department for further help.

I have tried other consoles. I don't know where to find or how to find that specific forum and I have been told by microsoft support that they can't do anything and that it's a preview positives issue. I just want help recovering 500 dollars of stuff I bought
and no one well help me.

Any games purchased digitally are tied to the account that bought them. You can see your purchase history of your account here -

If you're not seeing the games purchased there, then they were not purchased with your account.

There's a feature called the Home Console. Most likely you had another profile on your Xbox set as the home console and those games were shared out across your Xbox.

Xbox Support can see the purchase history of your account. If they can't see the games in your purchase history, then again, same issue. It wasn't purchased with your account. Neither you or Xbox support has an option to delete games from an account.

The other possibility is that if the purchase of the games were disputed. Then Xbox Support would see a note on the purchase as a Chargeback which would pull the game license from the account.

You can't "transfer purchases" yet you can share games among accounts by using my home xbox setting:

See link below for some additional digital licensing info. You can't play two games at once. You can have copies of the game installed on both consoles. Your "home" Xbox will allow you and anyone signed into the console the ability to play games you've purchased.
With the Xbox that is not listed as your home Xbox, you will need to be signed in to the Xbox to play the games you've purchased. You cannot be signed into two consoles at the same time, so really you can't play two of the same game purchased with the same

keep in mind that two things first only accounts with actual gold not home gold can make purchases from the website for games with gold

Home gold only applies to xbox one

So if you are a sub account you can't make the purchase
