Can't See Price on Borderlands 2 (Xbox 360 version) in Xbox Store on Xbox One

I am a Gold Member. When I try to click on the "See Price" button to download Borderlands 2 (Xbox 360), it just says "Working" and does nothing. I have never had this issue before. I usually says "Free" for Xbox 360 games. If I need to sign onto my Xbox
360, it would normally specify a price, not just timeout on this Working button. I am really regretting purchasing an Xbox one. It has such a buggy interface and controllers issues when going to sleep, etc.

Xbox Digital Game Store gave me wrong Game!

So i just bought Borderlands The Handsome Collection on the Xbox Digital Store..

Instead of giving me the Handsome Collection, the Store gave me the Xbox 360 versions of Borderlands 2 and The Prequel.

This is False Advertising and I want my money back! I didn't pay for Borderlands the Xbox 360 Compatible Version!

Is Borderlands 2 in The Borderlands Handsome Collection nearly just as good as the Xbox 360 version?

i'm trying to find out if Borderlands 2 in The Borderlands Handsome Collection is just as good even technically on the Xbox 360 version. Has anyone played both versions of that game? Does the Xbox One Version really work as well as the Xbox 360 of the game?

And don't tell me the results of the Pre-Sequel. I don't care about that Borderlands title at all.

I am having the same problem. I rang microsoft and had to do a hardware reset and still not working. Is a pain having to go on thr internet on my phone to purchase a game then load my xbox up. Really frustrated as it used to work for me too.

Hi There,

No you can't play the Xbox One version with the Xbox 360 version because they are considered different games. The Xbox One and Xbox 360 are actually different platforms so it would be considered cross-platform gaming and therefore wouldn't work. If your
friend has the Xbox 360 version of Borderlands 2 then he can use that one to play with you and it will work.

Hi. Are you trying to play the DLC on the Xbox 360 version of Borderlands 2 on xbox one? Ive seen a few people having this issue and the reason for it is that they never bought the Borderlands: The Handsome Collection. The DLC will only work for that version
of the game.

Black Ops 3 is a game with two different versions for xbox one and xbox 360. They differ in tech data and price range, for these reasons you can't use the 360 version of the game for xbox one.

I do have other accounts but I only use my main account to buy games and dlcs with. I checked my email for a confirmation email but I can't find it. I have the Xbox 360 versions of both but I can't find the Xbox One version confirmation email. I don't
share my debit card with any account other than my main. I have been a Game Pass subscriber in the past but I've been able to play them (Borderlands 2 and Borderlands the pre sequel) without that particular subscription and also without Gold before on my main
account. I have transferred saves from the Xbox 360 versions to the Xbox One versions though.
