Cant see or write messages in my xbox app on win10 since 2 days...

Hi.

I cant see or write messages on my pc/app anymore. when running the ONe its cool and i can see and write there but since 2-3 days its not working in the app. Dont know whats going on and need help please. Friendlist and Feeds and stuff are fine.

i cant see my messages

on my xbox pc app i cant send or look at my messages when i try to go to my messages it it says "Try again-we had trouble getting your convesations." it has been like this for about 2 days

Cant send messages since few days

hi,

since a few days I cant send text messages on xbox, app or website.

on enforcement page its all "perfect". i got no message or mail why im not able to send messages anymore...

but when im testing it it says that i cant send messages anymore (in rd letters)

"Aufgrund ihres früheren verhaltens"...

i would like to whats wrong with my account...

We appreciate you for bringing this up. If you are experiencing issues with the Xbox App, it is possible that the app needs a new update.

To resolve your concern, we suggest that you run the
Windows App Troubleshooter to fix the errors on the Xbox App.

If you are still experiencing the same issue after running the Windows App Troubleshooter, uninstall and reinstall the Xbox App to manually update it.

Here's how:

Click start, and then type Windows PowerShell on the search box.

Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.

Type the following command to uninstall Windows Store: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage

Hit Enter.

Launch Windows Store again and download Xbox App.

We will appreciate if you can update us the results so if these solutions won't work, we will find another way to resolve your concern.

Check the bottom of your message list on your XBox One for a green colored message from Xbox. This is what caused the glitch for me. It took me over 1/2 hour to figure out and how to delete it using SmartGlass on my phone. Now I can access my XBox.com messages
and My Win10 XBox app does not crash.

Personally for me I've never found a solution annoyingly when it does it I just go off it a few days till it works

From my own experience i can say that the app sometimes has connection problems but in my case this always fixed itself after some time and i would be able to use it again.
