can't see or use shared content on roblox or sims4

Kindly sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings and then make sure that the setting in this screenshot that has an arrow is set to “allow”. If it’s already set to “allow” kindly block and then submit and after that “allow” again and submit.

After making the changes perform a powercycle to sync the changes.

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

No what I get: Welcome Sims4 screen, sign in screen (I have 2 accounts, I've tried both), Sims4 content syncing (3 seconds), loading screen with the progress bar at the bottom... the progress bar with the diamond gets choppy and boom black screen. Back to Xbox's home screen.

it could be a problem with the privacy settings.

To change the privacy settings your account must be an adult account, otherwise you will not have access.

if your account is for a child, you need an adult account to link your account and manage your privacy settings

or parental control.

Is this the only item that you're not able to download right now?

If yes, that's probably because the content can't be shared.

You can try re-adding your friend's profile to see if that works. But if not, that means the content can't be shared and you need to purchase it in your account

If you are trying to start ROBLOX and you will see ERROR -> "To do this change settings. You cannot see content other people make because of how your account is set up", then you should do this:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Select Account.
3. If you want change your own account settings, skip to step 5. But if you want to change your child´s account settings then select Family.
4. Select your child's account to change settings.
5. Now select Privacy & online safety.
6. Select View details & customise.
7. Now go to "You can see and share content" and change it to Everybody.
8. Done, your child can now play Roblox.

But nowhere can i find the specific reference to number 7.
