Can't see my xbox tenure years!!!

I have just renewed my gold membership on my Xbox one. However, I can't see my tenure years under my profile. I have also checked through Xbox website, the same thing in addition to Xbox 360 it shows 0 years. However, gold membership is working just
fine. I can download free games with gold and also play online. As per Xbox Chat support, they told me it should show 8 or 9 years since I have created my account on 2007. I have told my friend to check from his console, he told me the same thing that he cannot
see my tenure. However, I can see his. So, please help, what to do?

My tenure got reset.

I already tried deleting my profile and redownloading it a few minutes after i realized my 8 years was gone. My brothers xbox shows my 8 years missing on my gamertag and i've talked to my friends in party chat and they say they can't see my tenure either.
8 years times 60 dollars is alot of money I've paid over the years and I want to be recognized for it again. Just last week everything was fine and I had 8 years on my tenure but now its gone! FIX IT ASAP! I WANT MY 8 YEARS BACK NOW!

Umm Yea I'd like an explanation as well. My 7 years is gone and Xbox support is blaming the preview program. This is the second time this has happened. I didn't renew my memberships on time for this nonsense to happen. FIX THIS!!!!

I didn't miss a membership since I first created my account in 2007 or so

I didn't move my account to another console

I didn't change my account password or settings

I work 40 hours a week, I come home, and I play Xbox. This is an issue on YOUR end. Not mine like the representative was trying to say.

Tenure is based on the cumulative amount of Xbox LIVE Gold time a user has. While you do not lose tenure when you go Silver, Xbox LIVE Silver time does not accrue tenure. You will see your tenure increase
only when the year of Xbox LIVE Gold time has finished.

For your first year of Xbox LIVE Gold you will see a '0' and increase to '1' year of tenure when that year is up! For example, if you've had Xbox LIVE Gold for 3 years and 6 months, you'll see a tenure of '3' next to your Gamertag.

We double checked your tenure and it should just be showing 2 full years of tenure.

Only the paid Gold membership time builds toward your tenure, trial subscriptions and free subscription time does not add on to your tenure count.
