can't see my wireless network

hello

i can't connect to xbox live, because my wi-fi network is not appearing in network settings. there are other wireless networks though and i have no problem connecting to my network on pc. My modem is D-LINK DIR 615. we followed all instructions on this
website, but nothing seems to work. please help

My xbox one can't see any wireless network

My xbox has lost its connectivity via my wireless network. When searching for a network it is failing to recognise any network name in the vicinity. My router is working and connecting with other devices. The xbox website advises there must be a glitch in
the system but doesn't suggest next steps. Appreciate any support or advice.

Im assuming you know how to log-in to your router here.Make sure you have have the "Broadcast SSID" option enabled in your routers security settings.

Its basically a safety feature to hide your network if you live in close proximity to others.As long as you have a decent password set up I dont see any danger in letting others see the name of your network.Just make sure you dont have the default password
that comes with the router.

Since you can't see any networks, please first turn off and unplug the console for 30 seconds and reboot as that usually fixes that.
