Can't see my wireless connection on Xbox One

Hi, My Xbox One is disconnected from wireless and I can't see any wireless network options /list at all. I have tried restarting the modem, console but none of the options are helping. Can you please provide some direction to fix this issue? Thanks , Sandeep

Dedicated servers? Then why the lag and connection advantages?

Yeah I'm wireless. Router sits pretty close to my Xbox so I guess I'll connect it and see how much that helps. Hope it's not the proximity of MS's servers to where I live. That would suck.Click to expand...

It's your wireless. I noticed my connection was 20Mbps slower on Xbox One than it was supposed to be with my wireless so I connected my Xbox One with a cable and I got the missing 20Mbps back.

Backward Compatibility Issue

I have both xbox 360 and xbox one. I can play any game online on my 360 with a wired or wireless connection. I can play any xbox one game online with a wired or wireless connection. But I can't play a backward compatible game online on my xbox one unless
i have a wireless connection, and i prefer to use wired. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Settings

Firewall

Applications, Pinholes and DMZ

Went down to 2) Edit firewall settings

Clicked Games

Under Application List I clicked XBOX

Hosted Applications I clicked XBOX as well...

Power cycle
