    Hi! I'm redeemed Forza Horizon 3 Ultimate edition code, but after i can't see the game anywhere. The store has only the buy button. The code is worked, and i tried to redeem again, but now it says used.

    I want to use on my win10 pc

    Redeemed rewards but not showing in account

    The rewards page says youve redeemed my points into my account but I cant see any evidence of this.

    Hi, today i redeemed a $100- Gift Card on my XBOX Account, and when i go to my MS Account info, i cant see the Redeemed info in the account History, can someone check it?

    That's odd that you're unable to see the game on your account. Are you checking under your Ready to Install list to see if it's available for you to download? If the code has already been redeemed, it should show up there. Let us know what you find there cant see my redeemed game :)

    Thanks for coming to the forums. If the code has been redeemed they cant replace it. As the email states it was already redeemed on another account. Unless they can verify the account they cant see what account it is that the code was redeemed on. In this
    case you will just need to purchase another copy of the game if you do not know the account it was redeemed on. As there is nothing more for this situation I will be locking this thread.
