cant see my money!!

I had a 15 dollar code and put it in my Microsoft xbox account and I put it in on the website and it had accepted it and all of a sudden I went to use it to change my gamertag and it said I only had 6 dollars ldft in my account from before and no one has
access to my account but me now I dont have any money and I threw the card out please help!!!!

Can somebody please tell me what i have to do to see my money on my xbox

thats on my Microsoft account. I recived 2 gift card of 50€, i exthanged them

bud now i cant see my money on my xbox. I logged in on my microsoft account on my pc

and there i see that i have 100€. If i look on my xbox i dont see money so i cant buy my game.

It says i have to pay with a creditcard. Can somebody please help me?

Check on commerce.microsoft.com if you see your money there.

if not call the support.

 

Does anyone else use your account, or uses the same console? If there is someone else that uses the console, he/she might have mistakenly used your account. Also, does anyone else use your account?

That page will also show if the new code was correctly applied to this account (and not, mistakenly, to another one).

 

I'm having a similar issue. If you go the website linked above it will probably show you the incorrect amount. You should be able to see the transaction on that page. If you navigate to another page, say "Transaction History", I bet the amount will change
to the correct amount. You still won't have access to it on your console though. Unfortunately, you will have to contact support. and jump through all their hoops of deleting and recovering your profile, powering off and unplugging all cables, clearing your
cache 3 times, etc, etc, etc... Then after about an hour of dealing with them, they will pass the issue along to someone who "might" actually be able to do something while you wait a minimum of 3-5 business days to gain access to what you already paid for.
They will not provide any compensation for your time or frustration. This is what I'm going through right now. Isn't Microsoft great?!?!

 

The link provided above will show the 100% exact amount of currency you have in your account at this time. It will not give you wrong information.

Then why when I log in does it show $0 account balance? Then if I navigate to another page of the site it will switch to $6 dollars? That is not what I would call "100% exact amount of currency you have in your account at this time". Just because its not
happening to you doesn't mean its not happening to anyone.
