    cant see my microsoft points that i just got, not showing anywhere,whats going on.

    the spring beta

    i logged onto my buddies xbox360 he had the beta and I didn't now I cant see my Microsoft points

    cant access my MICROSOFT POINT!!

    i bought a 1600 MP card and and i redeem it and it was succesfully complete. so when i tried to buy some thing it said i have 0 MS. i called xbox support so they said i sign in into a console that had the beta. thats true my friend has the beta. so they
    said my acc was listed as using the beta. so now i cant use my microsoft points I NEED HELP!!

    Microsoft points were removed a while ago, it now uses your local currency.

    To check your balance, do the following.

    Online (PC/Laptop/Etc):

    On a computer, go to Sign in to your Microsoft account and sign in to your Microsoft account.

    Your account balance appears above Recent transactions.

    Xbox 360:

    From the Dashboard, go to settings and then Account.

    Select Manage Payment Options.

    Your account balance appears at the top of the list.

    Xbox One:

    From the Home screen, select Settings.

    Select Payment & billing.

    Your account balance appears near the bottom of the screen

    Tried all of this, still nothing, paid 50€ yesterday, put in code and it was accepted , now have nothing to show for it, any ideas who to contact.

    best thing would be to phone support as they will be able to see all of your account details.
