Can’t see my games on Xbox one

The external hard drive may have been corrupted, and yes, this may be related to the issue.

Kindly unplug the hard drive and then perform powercycle before plugging in the hard drive again.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE​​​

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off. ​​​

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller. ​​​

After that check on the games and apps, > installed games.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

Thanks for reply. We already did number 2 first and number 1 after that, before your reply. The games won’t download. The Xbox is not recognising an external drive that is 100% full. Could this be linked? If so how do we make space available as we can’t see it.

playing any game on the console even Xbox one games that were made for it.

It keeps saying that they can’t use MY account because it’s not downloaded completely but my account is the parent account so I don’t see how that’s an issue.

Just noticed that my game tag is an order one I’ve got 2 emails and I’ve used them both and I still can’t get my usual game tag if I can’t get my usual tag on i can’t access Xbox live
