    Cant see my active suspension


    I received a ban on my account and it ended yesterday but i was still unable to communicate on Xbox live so i spoke with a few Xbox support members and they told me i have a active suspension until September which is a long time from now so i
    went to my enforcement history but i have no active suspensions. And since i am unable to see my suspension i can not submit a case review to talk to the enforcement team does anyone know of a way to fix this? and has this happened to any of you?

    clearly state how long a player is suspended for

    I got a suspension removed for harrasment abuse and threats in early november,i can play online but cant communicate.WHY? i dont have any suspensions active on the enforcement page so why cant i communicate?i cant even contact enforcement about this BEACUSE
    THEY DONT EVEN HAVE ANY CONTACT NUMBERS

    suspension "extended"

    I got a com ban for 15days that was supposed to end today earlier.. On xbox.enforcement.com i have no active enforcement or restrictions, but i still cant send message or join or talk to anyone. This problem is active on my account that got banned AND on
    every account used on my console. I tried with my cousin's account and still cant. Can anyone help me with that? (the suspension is lifted)

    If there is no suspension showing then either it hasn't been posted yet or support was mistaken. Can you try doing a factory reset on the console to see if that helps? There's an option to keep installed content when you do the reset.

    Hey, Snigjie! We've seen a couple other users running into this. The most recent was
    here, where Miss Bijoux helped out Kitten Claymore get everything sorted out.

    Basically, they had to factory reset their console a couple times before it resolved itself. Kitten claimed that it was happening on other accounts, too, so it's likely your issue is a little different. However, have you attempted to do a factory reset to
    see if that fixes it for you? I also suggest checking out your privacy settings, which Miss Bijoux outlined pretty well in that other thread. Let me know if anything works for you!

    This is happening to everyone who is receiving a suspension right now. The enforcement site is having an issue with not showing current suspensions. Microsoft is working on a fix, but unfortunately all you can do is wait.
