cant see messages and change privacy setting on my banned account

hi, my account (uh razor) got banned awhile back and know i signed in on it on xbox.com and it says i got 26 messages. is there a way i can see those messages and i also want to know if theres a way i can change my accounts privacy settings.

I cant message people im not banned and my privacy settings are turned on adult i created a new account and i can text but i cant on my old on my account that i cant text on im not in a family neither i dont know what to do

• Now change the settings.

Sorry but once your gamertag is banned you lose access to everything on it. If you cannot log in with the tag on the forums then there is no way to see those messages.
