cant see messages and change privacy setting on my banned account

hi, my account (uh razor) got banned awhile back and know i signed in on it on xbox.com and it says i got 26 messages. is there a way i can see those messages and i also want to know if theres a way i can change my accounts privacy settings.

First, you have to go to the My Account page

You need to sing in to your Xbox LIVE account clicking Sing In at the upper-right corner of the page.

Go to Settings and Preferences and select Privacy and Online Settings.

Now change the settings.

Sorry but once your gamertag is banned you lose access to everything on it. If you cannot log in with the tag on the forums then there is no way to see those messages.

same problem, iam a child account but no parent account is linked to it, everytime i tried to link one i got the page not found message, and now i cant change my privacy settings or add a parent account.....

Yesterday, I downloaded among us on my computer. The download went quick, and the game opened without trouble, but when I pressed to play online, a message popped on my screen that said that I cant play this game because of my account set up, which then said that to fix it I needed to go to xbox.com and change something in privacy settings. Then, I did what it said, but when I entered the privacy settings, it said that I don't have access to change the settings.

you cant name and shame on these forums, as onyx62is said you need to file an complaint via the system on xbox live. Also you can change your privacy settings, so only your friends can see when you are online and you can also change your messages settings
on the privacy settings, this allow only friends to send you messages.

The last resort is also you could change your gamertag, as long as you have not sent him any messages the person will not know what your new gamertag is

If it says that you need to change your privacy settings when you go into a party you were communication banned, and need to check for a message from Xbox Live reguarding your suspension. Changing your privacy settings wont actually work.
