    Ye 6 time actully, now i cant even connect my xbox to my laptop, it not showing so i type in my ip for my xbox and all i get is ( We are not able to find an Xbox One Console with the IP Address provided )

    Their is nothing Wrong with my laptop or it would not be happening to my phone to. ( Windows Phone Lumia 950 ) the only time it work on my laptop is after i reformated it and it works for about a week then brakes again.

    like i said before this issue is happening on my Windows 10 pro Laptop and Lumia 950. i'v reformated my phone and check for all update ( Phone and Store ) i'v check Privcy setting made sure everything fine and still does not work.

    Phones on Carrier/Data Plan

    Laptop on DSL ( ISP )

    this is not my laptop or phone fault that the app is broken.

    all of my account details are right.

    Hey, try the fix from this thread, it actually worked after i've had this problem for 8 months;

    Xbox App won't pull up my friends list.

    Thats Works Thanks, i'v joined a club and its fixed all the issue, now i can see my friend list and is sync right as i get a message.

    all my driver and windows updates are up to date, and all in store update are done to,

    my laptop is a custom build

    CPU - I7 6700HQ

    GPU - GeForce 950M 2GB

    RAM - 16GB HyperX Impact ( 2x8 )

    SSD M.2 SAMSUNG SM951 ( 2000MB/s Read 650MB/s Write ( boot )

    SSD 120GB HyperX SAVAGE

    I use Wired Ethernet.

    Which Windows operating system am I running?     for the steps.
    My laptop is a custom build,, i Run Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit

    i have all the newest update that i can get, i'v check store update i'v checked for OS update, i'v reformated 3 time to get the app work, and it work for about a week then brake again on both my Windows 10 laptop and Windows 10 Mobile ( Lumia 950 )

    yet my mobile on Data package and my Laptop on ( DSL ) and yet they both happen at the same time.

    all my device at up to date with all of the update. include store.
