Can't see cloud games on second account phone

As ngocphi has pointed out, you can't download X/S games to an Xbox One console. The account with the actual Game Pass Ultimate subscription can play these games via the cloud but cloud gaming is not sharable. It is a feature only available to the account with the subscription. A second account on the "Home" Xbox One will not be able to play any X/S games through the cloud unless they actually purchase Game Pass Ultimate.

I cant remember but none worked, the issue seems to be with cloud save and Torchlight 2 i(clouds saves work fine on other games) second account with no save data to see if it would sync, and it got the same error message.

I logged out of my cloud account and logged back in, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, checked for updates.. still nothing. Is there any kind of support for this game? I can't find a single phone number, email address, or website to contact someone to help me.

I am in northwest Minnesota. As for other phones I technically have access to another phone. I'll have to see about if I can.

I will check to see if cloud gaming works on my pc.

The Game Pass app needs an update to use Xcloud. Once you update the app, it should show the cloud as one of the options.

it allows me to see the cloud now, but I still am being told I can't do any of the quests until I get Game Pass Ultra (which I already have). I've tried restarting the app, the phone, and everything else.
