can't see anyone's friends list on xbox.com

hello is there bug with not seeing friends list on xbox.com? i can't see anyone with friends list that is publicly available. I even changed internet browsers still cant see them

Can't See Anyone's Bio Or Location

Hello,

For the past few days I've been unable to view anyone's bio's or see their location. The thing is I know my friends have viewable bio's and location's, I've not changed my settings and the view other peoples profiles is set to Everyone. I've tried redownloading
my account, hard resetting my Xbox, changing my settings back and forth, etc. Still doesn't work.

I'd like to know how to fix this because its pretty annoying. My girlfriend made a bio for me on her account and I'm unable to see it, she's checked her settings multiple times and sent me pictures of it all on the Everyone option.

Hi,

Are you still having this problem? There doesn't appear to be any current issues with viewing Friends or any features within that.

When you view a profile it should show (If they have you added back) "You+X". Then under that "View All". If you are visiting a profile that has the feature disabled due to their settings, you will just see Friends (0).

Does this happen on the console too?

 

hello im sorry for the late reply. on xbox.com, when I click on someones profile I can see their friends in the side view. here's a screenshot:

but when I click on view all it shows they have 0 friends. in it does this for everyone's friends list i try to view :/

I can see them perfectly on the console but on xbox.com it just shows 0 friends on everyone

 

I also have the same problem. When clicking view all from anyone's profile page, it just says friends 0 and underneath, it says nothing to see here.

 

I can confirm this issue is happening on me too, tried it with 3 profiles!

 

any updates towards a fix for this bug?

 

Bump, still no reply which is odd, lol usually the team is onto this sort of thing.

 

Yeah sure, like our home pages which are broken for 4 months and nobody cares to fix!

 

I cant link my xbox account to my facebook to look for friends....its says on facebook that i'm connected..but not on the xbox...i dont get the new link under it do disconnect either...and when i check my account on the web...it just get a message that something
went wrong...try again...but still nothing happens....
