    Can't See Anyone's Bio Or Location


    Hello,

    For the past few days I've been unable to view anyone's bio's or see their location. The thing is I know my friends have viewable bio's and location's, I've not changed my settings and the view other peoples profiles is set to Everyone. I've tried redownloading
    my account, hard resetting my Xbox, changing my settings back and forth, etc. Still doesn't work.

    I'd like to know how to fix this because its pretty annoying. My girlfriend made a bio for me on her account and I'm unable to see it, she's checked her settings multiple times and sent me pictures of it all on the Everyone option.

    My friends can't see my profile information

    My friends can't see my achievements, name, location, bio or anything at all in my account either on the xbox 360 console and xbox one.

    Hey Angel of Fate -

    For clarification, is the issue that you cannot see your own bio and location or that others cannot? If it's the latter, please double check your privacy settings to be sure that your profile is not set to hidden. Here's the steps on how to do that:

    • From Xbox One Dashboard, go to Settings on the Xbox One Guide Menu
    • From Settings, go to 'All Settings'
    • From 'Account', select 'Privacy & Online Safety'
    • Select 'Xbox Live privacy'
    • Select 'View Details and Customize'
    • Scroll right to, 'Others can see your Xbox profile'
    • Select desired option

    Hey Angel of Fate! It looks like your public profile is set to offline right now. If you appear online does the Bio and Motto show up for you? Give it a shot and post back to let me know how it goes!

    People cannot see my bio, and i've already gone ahead and checked all my settings. I created an extra account and added it to see if i could see my bio and still could not. Any other reasons?
