    Can't see any messages


    Okay, so I tried many things to find out how to check my messages. I tried:

    -Logging out and back in

    -Refreshing

    -Tried chatting with microsoft employees

    I have yet to get any results from doing so. Is there any other way to fix this issue?

    Can't see messages

    I can't see my messages on the Xbox app. And other people are having the same problem. Is there anyway to fix this?

    Can't see messages

    They should at least put out the earlier version that worked until they find a fix. Someone has posted about this problem every day for the last week, and they never get a response.

    In what way can`t you check your messages?

    Do you mean you have messages you can`t access, or you don`t know how to access them?

    Can you not access them on this site?

    Have you checked your privacy settings to check you haven`t blocked messages.

    Are all the messages from the same person, have you possibly blocked that person?

    I look to see if I blocked anyone. I don't appear to have anyone blocked.

    Hi!

    Check your notifications settings from the console. Go to "Settings"->"All Settings"->"Preferences"->"Notifications" and check that they are active.

    I have the same issue as well. Message notifications sometimes won't show up either.

    I believe this problem is occurring with several people and requires a patch to be fixed.
