Can't see any cancelation button for xbox live.

Recently my xbox live ended, and now it asks me to renew it. but i don't have any money right now, and i want to cancel it.

Did you cancel the Xbox live gold before the renewal date? If not, you there will be a balance will be added to your account and your Xbox gold will be cancel until you pay the balance.

If you used a prepaid card you should be fine

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

Make sure auto renewal is turned off then you should be able to cancel it.
