    Can't see a game I own in my library


    A while back I won a Minecraft Bedrock Edition gift code from a streamer I was watching, I've played on it a bunch of times always on pc.

    I recently got a new computer, and yesterday I was going to install Minecraft to play with a friend and it's not in my library but when I go to my profile it says I have it. I've tried searching for it in the store because I thought it would have an install button or something but it just says to buy it with the game pass or to buy the game normally. I've tried logging in and out, I've tried reinstalling the xbox app and it still didn't work.

    If you owned it digitally previously, it should be available to install from your game library.

    Many thanks. However, I can't see it anywhere in the Games sections/libraries. I did type the code in but it says it's already been redeemed.

    Any other ideas?

    Hi, I have a Samsung tablet. I haven't checked the library thing but will do now. It didn't have a library item for Gummy Drop. The store says "you own this game" but I can't find it anywhere on my system! ARGH!

    Thanks ~ there was nothing in Full library until 30 mins ago ~ it's now appeared and I'm downloading it!

    You should have your game regardless haha.

    I f you are sure you do not have another account then I would advice you to contact support if you still want to figure it out :)
