Can’t search for my Xbox Live Account

You would need to type in your gamertag EXACTLY as you set it up for it to show up on the xbox

if any of the letters are capitalized or spaces are in it then you need to put those in.

Hey ladies and gents, im just trying to figure out why my gamertag cant be searched or if anyone is familiar with this and could possibly give me some advice.

My Gamertag is : Medium

but when searched on xbox live there is no account

Edit: I am able to sign in to the xbox app and everything else but unable to search the gamertag on an Xbox One console

yea its probably just a bug

Okay, would there be anyone to contact to sort this out ? Also noticed that in game purchases dont work. Both problems popped up around the same time. Ive reached out to xbox support live chat but nothing was achieved in regards to fixing the issue

I have the original tag “Medium” even when spelt correctly is isnt shown.

I just did a search at account.xbox.com and it came up for me with the capital M Where are you trying to search it at? are you putting the capital M in when you are doing the search (this matters)
