Cant screenshot on Xbox One

is this required to actually get it back? Im kinda scared to reset my console and i mess things up and lose everything. Someone else had the same situation but did not factory reset it Can not take screenshots anymore - Microsoft Community though it was a series x and im not sure if it will be different. A factory reset would have to be a last resort but im still uncomfortable doing that so if thats the case i may just stick with recording clips and losing space.

Solution 1:

You can also hard reset the Xbox One console and its cache. Here is how to do so:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

*After that restart your console and add the account again.

Solution 3:

Go to your console settings>general tab>network and internet settings>advanced options>alternative mac address>clear and restart your console.

I totally understand, could you tell me if you've tried resetting your console to factory defaults, if you don't follow the procedures below, please.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

*Select to keep your games and apps if you don't want them to be deleted.

I'm having an issue with uploading screenshots. I created a screenshot on XBox One and when I go to upload to one drive it says uploading but then it doesn't show up in my recent captures nor does it upload to one drive. I just get a message saying cant upload to xbox networking.
