    Can't schedule repair for xbox one console


    So this is frustrating the crap out of me right now. First of all, my Xbox one was *** up by its own system update, and after trying all the troubleshooting options it's determined it just needs to be replaced. I have to pay for this, of course, but whatever.
    So I go to schedule the repair, and I get to the end with all my info put in, and I get an error message. I go to redo it, still get an error message. I've gotten this message on both my PC and my phone, about fifteen times now. It just keeps saying "something
    went wrong on our end". How, exactly, am I supposed to get my console fixed?

    Performing an offline system update method is one of the last resort fixes one can make on their Xbox, assuming you have the

    E(###) error    .

    If it doesn't work, your console will need to be sent in for repair. You can schedule a repair

    support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

    login with your Account and choose the "Chat with Xbox Support" Option. They can manually place your Repair order and get it going.

    From what it sounds like, there is probably an issue with the console itself.

    If you've exhausted all of the troubleshooting steps
    shown here    , then the last option is to get the Xbox repaired by Microsoft. Schedule a repair online, or contact Xbox Support (phone/chat) for more assistance.
